Tears of the Kingdom
Hebra Peak is the highest elevation of the surface, found within the Hebra East Summit of the Hebra Mountains. As the elevation is very high, it is very cold, requiring Link to have two levels of Cold Resistance in order to survive. Early in the game, the Blizzard that is effecting Rito Village is causing perpetual snowfall on Hebra Peak.
As part of the Tulin of Rito Village, Link and Tulin will meet up with Huck on top of Hebra Peak. From there, Huck encourages the two to continue climbing up, eventually reaching the Rising Island Chain just above the peak.
Korok Seeds
*Just southwest of the Hebra Peak, at a much lower elevation, there is a Korok trying to reunite with his friend. Link can use a Balloon, Flame Emitter, and Lattice to reunite the two and get a pair of Korok Seeds.
