Frezards are large pieces of ice that blow an icy breath that can freeze Link. A much smaller form of these called Mini Freezards appear in Twilight Princess and Spirit Tracks. They aren't a very challenging enemy.
Frezards are enemies that have appeared in three different Zelda games. These three games include Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and Twilight Princess.

In Majora's Mask they are only seen in Snowhead Temple.

In Ocarina of Time Link will find Freezards in the Ice Cavern a lot. Link can either use his Sword to kill them or to simply run away from them.

Majora's Mask
In Majora's Mask Freezards appear in the Snowhead Temple.

Twilight Princess
In Twilight Princess Freezards appear mostly in the Snowpeak Ruins. However, they also can be found in a couple of small caves around Hyrule, which inculdes the Cave of Ordeals. Link is unable to defeat them with his sword in this game. Instead he must use the Ball and Chain. It takes two hits with the Ball and Chain to defeat them, and then the Freezards turn into four or five Mini-Freezard
