At the lowest level of the Hebra Mountains Northwest Cave, Link can examine the Rutafu-um Shrine to begin the shrine quest. The green rock is found beneath the cold water in the center of the cave. Use [[Ice Fruit]] to create some [[Ice Block]]s to get closer to the green block. Then use [[Ultrahand]] to grab the green rock and pull it out of the water. Carry it over to the shrine to complete the quest.
