Shadow Deku Babas are the [[Twilight]] counterpart of the [[Deku Baba]]. They pose little threat to [[Link (Twilight Princess)|Link]], as they are stationary and cannot attack beyond their relatively meager reach. However, they do have more health than regular Deku Babas. Regular sword slashes or [[Spin Attack]]s will do, or, if in [[Wolf Link]] form, [[Jump Attack]]s work as well.

Shadow Deku Babas first appear in the Twilight-covered [[Faron Woods]], and later appear in the additional Twilight-covered [[Kakariko Gorge]] and [[Hyrule Field]]. They appear for the final time in the [[Palace of Twilight]].
