The scrap shop owner is a jovial fellow, speaking to Link loudly and energetically. It is possible that he, along with the other townsfolk of Skyloft, will be interacted with constantly throughout the game in other ways as Link frequently returns to the town. ß

Gondo lives with his mother, and spends most of his time building things and trying to fix Scrapper.{{Ref|SS|1826|[[Fi]]}} His mother dislikes Gondo's obsession with fixing Scrapper and engineering, and complains about it, and is often seen washing Gonzo's clothes.
