Barnes Bombs: Difference between revisions

Before the [[Shadow Beast]] attack on the village, Barnes operated his store using supplies given to him by the [[Goron]]s from [[Death Mountain]]. However, along with this attack, the Gorons started to act differently. They suddenly started treating Kakariko residents as if they were foes, when previously they had been friends.{{Ref|TP|1391|[[Renado]]}} Because of this, Barnes was unable to gather supplies, and thus closed down shop.{{Ref|TP|4395|[[Barnes]]}} Another factor to him closing down shop is the fact that after leaving the [[Sanctuary (Twilight Princess)|Sanctuary]], he noticed his storage shed had been blown to pieces. This, of course, was done by [[Wolf Link]], as he was searching for the [[Tears of Light]].{{Ref|TP|4820|[[Midna]]}}

Once Link has completed the [[Goron Mines]] and saved [[Darbus]], the Gorons will once again become friends with the [[Hylian]]s. They will now allow humans into their home, and some will even come down and spend some time in the village. Become of this rekindled relationship, Barnes is able to open up shop again.{{Ref|TP|4397|[[Barnes]]}} At first, he only has one type of Bomb available for purchase, the standard kind. However, as time progresses, he will start selling two more types: [[Water Bomb]]s and [[Bombling]]s. Water Bombs will appear once the [[Twilight]] has been cleared from the [[Lanayru Province]], and the Bomblings will appear once Link has acquired the [[Master Sword]].

*There are multiple signs inside [[Barnes Bombs]] that are plastered all over the walls. They all say the same thing, ''"FLAMMABLE Lanterns strictly prohibited!"''{{Ref|TP|5124|Sign found inside Barnes Bombs}} If [[Link]] equips and then uses his [[Lantern]], [[Barnes]] will put on his mask, and slam his fist on the desk. This will cause some water to fall from the ceiling onto Link, extinguishing his Lantern.
