Favorite Type of Cheese?

I'm kinda bored right now, so I figured I would post something random. So, what's your favorite type of cheese? Mine is Colby Jack cheese. I love it! Although I've started to take a liking to Pepper Jack too.

Probably Gouda. I like it because of its texture and taste.

I didn't realize cheesecake is a type of cheese. Since it is, that is definitely my favorite type of cheese. Ah jeez, now I'm craving cheesecake! >.<

Parmesan Cheese is phenomenal, works on salads, pasta, sandwiches, crackers, it works for everything! Bets cheese combination: Parmesan Romano!

Either Parmesan Cheese or Cream Cheese.

Parmesan is great on garlic bread. Garlic Parmesan was my favorite Cheez-it flavor but they discontinued it

Cream Cheese is great cause of cheese cake.
