If the cheese is good then it doesn't matter to me. Though unholy cheese is inherently more cheese right? Honestly I don't know the whole reason as to why cheese has holes in it.

As a French person, I could go on and on and on and on about cheese, because in France the cheese course is a separate course.
And so, as a French person, I like any cheese that stinks so much you have to have a seperate compartment in the fridge so as not to contaminate the rest of the food.

I am not really picky, so I'll eat just about any kind of cheese, but I don't really like sharp cheddar. I'm not sure if it's because my mom buys it all the time, or because it has such a strong flavor... Meh.

I have to go with havarti as my favorite. Someone else mentioned pepperjack, which I agree is awesome. Omnomnomnom
