After defeating [[Plasmarine]] and receiving the [[Rolling Sea]] from [[Jabu-Jabu's Belly]], a [[Zora]] rewards [[Link]] with the Zora Scale. The Zora Scale must be shown to the Zora in the [[Sea of Storms]] to gain access to the area the [[Piratians]] are found. Giving the Zora Scale to the [[Captain]] of the Piratians will result in Link receiving the [[Tokay Eyeball]], which is need to access the [[Ancient Tomb]].

The Zora Scale in ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass|Phantom Hourglass]]'', is considered a small treasure. They can be found at random throughout the [[World of the Ocean King]]. Link can sell it to the Treasure Teller on [[Mercay Island]]. The amount of [[Rupee]]s he receives varies on the uniqueness of the player's saved file. Other that that, it can also be sold to the [[Ho Ho Tribe]], but only on certain days.
