The Pond is located directly north of [[Hateno Village]], with water from the Pond flowing southward into the narrow rivers of the village. While the pond mostly consists of [[Armored Carp]], there are also some [[Hyrule Bass]] that will occasionally appear. Just south of the pond on the land, there is a [[Rusty Broadsword]] on the floor near an unlit lantern. | |||
Just to the west of the Pond, the [[Ancient Furnace]] is located, which plays an important role in the [[Locked Mementos]] main quest. Link will need to get a [[Blue Flame]] from the furnace and use it to light the furnace that is located outside the [[Hateno Ancient Tech Lab]]. While carrying the flame, Link can travel through town, or travel north, around the Zelkoa Pond, before then heading east to the tech lab. | |||
