Vire: Difference between revisions

One of the many vires is a servant to both [[Onox]] and [[Veran]], and attempts to hinder [[Link]]'s progress in both games. It is encountered in both the [[Ancient Ruins]] and [[Mermaid's Cave]] as a mini-boss, and shoots multi-colored fireballs at Link whilst flying all over the room. Although sword strikes are efficient in dealing damage, the best way to attack is with well timed bomb throws. After defeating Vire, it realizes that it underestimated Link and leaves. If you win the fight in a [[Linked Game]], Vire is surprised that it was defeated twice, and apologizes to his masters before leaving. In a Linked Seasons game, Vire is encountered after the [[Poison Moth's Lair]], and places the [[Pyramid Jewel]] on a high cliff, wanting to impede Link's journey. In a Linked Ages game, Vire appears after [[Moonlit Grotto]], and kidnaps [[Zelda]], requiring Link to ascend the [[Black Tower]] to rescue her.
