The Vah Medoh Divine Helm was worn by the ancient Rito Sage of Wind in the era of Hyrule's founding, when [[Rauru (Tears of the Kingdom)|Rauru]] was king. It has a base defense of 2, and can be found in the [[North Biron Snowshelf Cave]] in the [[Hebra Mountains]]. When worn, it increases the attack power of [[Tulin]] or his [[avatar]] - who will also be shown to wear the Vah Medoh Divine Helm while Link does - which stacks with the upgrade granted by the [[Solemn Vow of Tulin, Sage of Wind]]. It also grants Link one level of [[Cold Resistance]].

Otherwise, it can be obtained by scanning the [[Revali]] [[amiibo#Breath of the Wild Champions|amiibo]], through the use of the [[amiibo (Rune)|amiibo Rune]]. Scanning the amiibo will drop various fruits and arrows from the sky, along with a treasure chest, which has a chance of containing the headgear, but can also contain different items. The amiibo can only be scanned once per day.
