:I use Interview/Q for questions, and Interview/A for answers. That is, Interview/Q is for reporters and such, while Interview/A is for developers. Iwata Asks is a special case where I use Interview/A for questions as well, since those 'interviews' are structured in more of a roundtable discussion manner, where Iwata chimes in with commentary as well.
