To activate the Windmill, play the Wind's Requiem and have the wind blow to the north. Then climb up the ladder, located outside just behind the [[Sinking Ships]] mini-game building. Step on the switch to cause the Windmill to activate. Enter the Sinking Ships building and climb the staircase inside to make your way up, right next to the Windmill. | |||
