Several years after the events in Termina, the Demon thief Ganondorf was sent to the [[Arbiter's Grounds]], where he was imorisoned by the [[Ancient Sages]]. This was because the Hero of Time's knowledge of future events. On the day of his exacution, Ganondorf was chained and brought to the Mirror Chamber, the Sage of Water then readied the Sword of Light and impaled the evil demon. However due to a divine prank, the symbol of the Triforce of Power appeared on Ganondorf's hand giving him a renewed strength therefore preventing his death.
