These items are very easy to acquire even early on in the game. Any old guardian corpses (such as those at Hateno Fort) can be examined for parts, and killing live Guardians always drops parts. There's even a character walking on the path north of Hateno Fort that sells two of the parts needed. Perhaps the easiest way is to go to a shrine that you know contains a guardian, and kill it over and over (it respawns every time you enter) until you get all the parts you need.
