Peahats can be found within the Lanayru Desert region , when Eldin Volcano has erupted and is at normalcy, and when Faron Woods is at its flooded state in Skyward Sword. They seem to have similar characters as their Twilight Princess incarnations. Link can use the Clawshots to grab onto them and hang down. They are not an enemy in this game and can be MUCH more annoying then regular clawshot targets, especially in Skipper's Retreat on the ledge with two Furnix because the peahat is moving up and down and even if you target it, you will just miss and the fire balls from the Furnix will hurt you and mess up your aim. It's very hard to kill them because you can only kill them one at a time and the one behind you intends to go agressive while the one in front doesn't attack.
In Skyward Sword, Peahats are not as much of an enemy, but instead are very similar to their Twilight Princess counterparts. They act as Clawshot targets, and are found within the Lanayru Desert region, in the Eldin Volcano region after it has erupted and is at normalcy, and when in Faron Woods when the woods are flooded. Because of the fact that they are moving Clawshot targets, it can be quite challenging to grab hold of them. The most difficult Peahats to latch on to are found in Skipper's Retreat, where, along with the constant moving, there are Furnixes there to made it even harder.
