Use Magnesis to move the cube between platform with crystal and platform with chest. Use Paraglider to reach the cube, now use Magnesis to get the only one chest. Hit the crystal two times (block the laser by cube) to rotate the moving platform in front of the platform with crystal. Move the cube on the top of the moving platform. Use sprint and then Paraglider to get on the cube. Use Paraglider again to get on the platform with with gate to the altar. Use Magnesis to move the cube on platform with button on the right, that will open the gate, and you can reach the altar for a Spirit Orb.

Another solution is to simply move the cube (using Magnesis) out of the path of the laser, then use Stasis on the laser emitter which will cause the laser to stop.  When the laser begins again it will strike the crystal and move the platform.  The Stasis rune has a large enough range that you can stop the laser emitter from any part of the room.  You simply stand on the platform, time stop the laser emitter, and wait to be moved.  You can then move either the chest or the cube (again, using Magnesis) to the switch to hold open the door.

This shrine contains a Crystal Switch sort of behind you to your right as you enter. This shock crystal rotates a platform in the center of the room clockwise through four positions every time the crystal is hit. A metal crate blocks a laser directed at the crystal.
You can hit the crystal in a few ways: With a melee weapon, with an arrow, with a bomb, by no longer obstructing the laser, and by the crystal coming out of stasis while the laser is unobstructed. The last one involves timing and is unnecessary for the riddle.
To begin, place a bomb next to the crystal for later, and put the iron crate to the floor using Magnesis (this will unobstruct the laser and trigger the switch). Then hit the crystal with a melee weapon until you can enter the platform.
Now you can use the crate to shortly interrupt the laser again. When you remove it from the laser, the crystal will activate. Hold on to the crate and ride the platform to the only chest.
Shoot the crystal with an arrow and ride to the switch, which you can now hold down with the crate to open the door to the altar.
For the final hit, detonate the bomb you left by the switch at the beginning. That will move you a final time, and you can reach the altar for a Spirit Orb.
