The Lightscale Trident becomes obtainable once Link has finished the [[Sidon of Zora's Domain]] portion of the Main Quest, ending with the defeat of [[Mucktorok]]. Link can then go to [[Dento]]'s shop behind the general store in [[Zora's Domain]] and talk to him to initiate the [[Glory of the Zora]] sidequest, where he will need to bring [[Dento]] a [[Zora Spear]], three [[Diamond]]s, and five pieces of [[Flint]] to build the Lightscale Trident. These will be the required materials every time Link returns to Dento for further Lightscale Tridents, which he can only re-obtain after the previous Lightscale Trident has been broken or lost.
