It is his default shield, as it is used when combined with the [[Master Sword]]. He also uses the shield with the [[Razor Sword]], [[Megaton Hammer]], [[Cane of Byrna]], [[Biggoron Sword]], [[Great Fairy Sword]], and [[Bug Catching Net]].
