Goron's Bracelet is the second of three Spiritual Stones you get in Ocarina of Time. You get it from Darunia after you've completed the second dungeon in the game, Dodongo's Cavern.
The Goron's Ruby is an item in Ocarina of Time. It is the Spiritual Stone of Fire, one of the three Spiritual Stones.
The Spiritual Stone is used to open the Temple of Time. Goron's Ruby has only appeared in Ocarina of Time.

Ocarina of Time
The Goron's Ruby once stood on a stand high in the main cavern of Goron City, but the Big Boss of the Gorons, Darunia, removed it for fear a Goron would eat it out of hunger after Dodongo's Cavern was sealed. He later gives it to Link in thanks for reopening Dodongo's Cavern.

Link subsequently uses the three Spiritual Stones to open the Door of Time in the Temple of Time.
