section
The Cave is separated into two sections beneath the Gisa Crater. The cave to the northwest is easily accessible and has a pair of enemy Ice Likes inside. Inside the cave to the northeast, there is a partially burried treasure chest. Lift it up with Ultrahand and open it to get a Feathered Spear.

The southeast cave's entrance is blocked off by some Red Sediment. Link can use a Bomb Flower or a rock-based weapon to break the sediment and drop down. Inside there are numerous Ore Deposits as well as a Bubbulfrog. Continuing down the path connects the cave to the northwestern section.

The Gisa Crater Crystal
As part of The Gisa Crater Crystal shrine quest, Link will find a green rock in the northern crater cave. Using a pair of Rockets, he can launch the green rock out of the cave. From there he can carry it over to the Ikatak Shrine to complete the quest.
