Demise: Difference between revisions

In the first phase of the battle, Demise's only attack is slashing with his sword, which is pretty awkward to avoid, but with good timing and reaction, Link is able to get the job done. When Link tries to strike Demise with the [[True Master Sword|Sword]], Link quickly finds out that the demon blocks almost any attack. However [[Fi]] gives a good hint to defeat Demise: "Wait until he raises his sword.", it's one of the only gaps in Demise's defense. When Link has hit the demon king enough, he falls onto the ground, when he does so, Link has to quickly deliver an attack before he gets up. Once Link has damaged Demise enough, the second phase initiates.  

In the second phase of the battle, Demise summons lightning clouds and he seems to much more intense and infuriated. His primary attack stays the same, but this time he also draws lightning in order to hurt the young hero. This time, Link has to assume the position of the Skyward Strike, this enables Link's sword to become infused with lightning. Link can use this lighting to slash towards Demise, thus stunning him, which allows the young hero to strike. When Link deals enough damage Demise once again falls onto the ground and Link has to deliver a [[Fatal Blow]]. When he does so, Demise is defeated.
