Drop down the well, continue forward, break the rocks, get the zonai devices. You'll notice iron bars blocking your path forward. If you ascend up back to the construction site, and move to the big pile of brown rocks you'll find a hole in the ground. Drop down, and you'll find the right cave entrance back to where the iron bars are, in this area is a Bubbulfrog.
