The chest is covered by red rock which can only clear with Yunobo's Charge Attack. There is one Boss Bokoblin and her fellow camp nearby which Link can bypass.

After defeating Moragia, part of the main quest-Yunobo of Goron City, Yunobo will dive down the Death Mountain Chasm to arrive in the Depths, letting Link using Yunobo's Power of Fire to clear Gloom Rock here. Or Vow of Yunobo, Sage of Fire is recommended.
