:::That policy dates back to December 2008 after we made that policy. In early 2009 there was heavy discussion about this. I had populated the Wiki with 1000's of images, sourcing Zelda Dungeon. Everything from artwork pieces, screenshots, sprites, etc... This was later viewed as an abuse of the image system, since it was creating 1000's of links to Zelda Dungeon for images that were really copyright to Nintendo and not to me. Doesn't matter if I captured and edited them. Thus we implemented a new policy. It is still at Stone Watchers and can be viewed. Look at the archives section, should be somewhere around March of 2009. You should update the Wiki Image Sourcing page as well since it still shows the old policy from pre-2009.
