Being the first boss in the game, Queen Gohma is no pushover. The battle initiates when the large arachnid drops from the ceiling and attacks Link . The young hero in green must be patient and wait for Gohma to expose her large eye. This gives him the opportunity to utilise his Slingshot to strike the arachnid with a Deku Seed.  Doing so leaves Queen Gohma dazed on the ground with it's eyeball exposed. Link then slashes away with his Kokiri Sword. After taking a few hits, Queen Gohma begins climbing the arena pillars and latching onto the ceiling. The queen attempts to lay Gohma Larva.OoTOoT However, when doing so, her large eyes turns red. Link must aim his Slingshot accordingly and strike the eye, resulting in Queen Gohma falling to the ground. This exposes the queen's weak spot in which, once again, Link must strike. The same phase repeats and Link must, like before, wait for Queen Gohma to give birth to her offspring and then shoot the eye. After dealing enough damage, this should result in the arachnid queen's defeat.
Being the first boss in the game, Queen Gohma is no pushover. The battle will begin with the arachnid crawling up to Link and attacking. It will rear up and it's eye will turn red. That's his chance to nail it with a Deku Seed.  Doing so will leave it on the ground dazed with it's eyeball spinning around. This would be the part where Link slashes away with his Kokiri Sword, but I recommend using Deku Sticks for double damage.  Use repeated jump attacks with said Deku Sticks to deal out four times normal damage.OoT  After taking a few hits, Queen Gohma will begin climbing the arena pillars and latching onto the ceiling. The queen's will once again turn red as it lays Gohma Larva.OoTOoT If Link has Z targeted Gohma since it was on the ground, he can shoot its eye once again the second it turns red. Doing so will cause Gohma to fall to the ground dazed before having laid any eggs. Have Link slash away as before!  If Link did not Z target, he'll have to slash the Gohma Larva when they fall.  Once they're dealt with, get ready, because Queen Gohma will jump down for another attack just like the first. Repeat this cycle until Queen Gohma is defeated.

Once Queen Gohma is defeated, its remains will become a Heart Container. A portal will appear to transport Link to the Great Deku Tree's Meadow, where the Great Deku Tree entrusts Link with the first Spiritual Stone, the Kokiri's Emerald.OoT
Once Queen Gohma is defeated, her remains become a Heart Container. A portal then appears, this allows Link to transport Link back to the Great Deku Tree's Meadow, where the Great Deku Tree entrusts Link with the first Spiritual Stone, the Kokiri's Emerald.OoT
