The Hebra Falls is a body of water that flows from the Hebra Headspring to the north, down the falls, and eventually into the Hebra Plunge. The water here is brutally cold and Link will take damage if he jumps in. The area around the water is also cold, and Link will require Cold Resistance in order to survive. Early on in the game, the Blizzard effecting Rito Village also effects Hebra Falls, so it will be perpetually snowing.

Early on in the game, the Blizzard effecting Rito Village also effects Hebra Falls, so it will be perpetually snowing.
Northeast of the falls, there is a treasure chest partially buried in the snow. Grab it with Ultrahand and open it to get five Bomb Flowers.
The water at the Hebra Falls moves fairly rapidly. Link can toss an Ice Fruit on the water to create an Ice Block. He can then use this Ice Block to reach the area where the water flows. There is a Korok Seed puzzle underneath. From the block puzzle, Link can use Ascend to get back up to the surface, to find himself in a Zonai box like structure. Inside there are two treasure chests which contain a Strong Construct Bow and a Strong Zonaite Sword.
At the southwest end of the area, there is an enemy camp with some Bokoblin and a Blue Bokoblin. After defeating the enemies Link can open the chest to get a Lizal Reaper, which can scale up to a Silver Lizal Reaper, depending on World Level.
Korok Seeds
*Underneath the bridge, there is a bottle hanging. Shoot it with an Arrow to get the Korok Seed.
*Just northwest of the bridge, there is a Korok trying to reunite with his friend. Link can use the nearby Board, Balloon, and Flame Emitter to get the Korok up to his friend and get a pair of Korok Seeds.
*Link can use an ice block to flow down the river to the point where it goes underneath the overhang. There is a block puzzle here. Place the block in the proper position to get the Korok Seeds.
