Mimos can first be found outside the entrance to the [[Yiga Clan Hideout]], where he professes his wish to join the Clan. The doorman informs him that the new recruit they'd been expecting would know to have gone to the three main Yiga branches to collect his uniform, so his simple Hylian appearance makes it clear he's nothing more than a fanboy. Link arriving in full Yiga attire will have him be taken in as the presumed new member, causing Mimos a great deal of jealousy. When Link enters in Yiga gear, the Yiga Blademaster watching over the entrance hall assumes Link to be the new member he'd heard of.{{Ref|''Tears of the Kingdom''|That brand-new gear...
