After Link has completed a dungeon, a stone tablet falls on [[Lookout Landing]]. [[Wortsworth]], a scholar, identifies it as ancient Hyrulean and leaves for [[Kakariko Village (Tears of the Kingdom)|Kakariko Village]], where his research notes are. | |||
On meeting Link again in Kakariko, Wortsworth explains what the tablet said, a contemporary history of the days of [[Rauru (Tears of the Kingdom)|King Rauru]]'s reign, and that it is apparently the first in a set of thirteen. He asks Link to photograph the others so he can translate them, and pays him 100 rupees for each tablet he brings him a usable picture of, as well as explaining what they say. He also pins the pictures up on his wall, along with the translations and explanations. | |||
