It is given to Link by [[Impa]] inside of the [[Chamber of the Sages]] after he has defeated the [[Boss]] of the [[Shadow Temple]], [[Bongo Bongo]]. After Link has collected it, he can begin his search for the last Medallion, the [[Spirit Medallion]].
