In the room with several [[Lizalfos]], [[Dinolfos|Dynalfos]] and walls that move back and forth, there's a chest in the corner, but you're unable to get to it due to the electric barrier. Use either the giant statue with the [[Dominion Rod]] or one of the nearby little statues to step on the switch on the other side of the barrier.
