In order to upgrade it, Link will need to bring the Small Bomb Bag, 3 [[Ornamental Skull]], 1 [[Blue Bird Feather]], and 1 [[Lizard Tail]] to [[Gondo]], the [[Scrap Shop]] owner. With these materials in hand, Gondo will upgrade it for a price of 50 [[Rupee]]s.
