First speak with the NPC standing by the fire next to the Spring of Wisdom directly below the Mount Lanaryu SkyView Tower. Next go the the island in the sky shaped like a light bulb (it's south of the Spring of Wisdom.) Shield surf from the island after activating the green circle, follow the green light trail down to the slope below, don't forget to use your paraglider to soften the landing. Shield surf down the slope going through the green rings. At the end of the short course the shrine will appear. | |||
