'Nearby' Sections - We run a script to determine which landmark is the closest for any given object such as sidequests or shrinequests. In this case, the closest landmark for that shrine quest was 'Sand-Seal Rally', and not Gerudo Town. Sometimes this may not make sense because of landmark names being far away from the landmarks they represent, but it was the best consistent system we could come up with.
