Skyward Sword Link is my favorite as well. No other Link expressed as much character and emotion as him.

Twilight Princess Link, hands down.
1) He is one of the most mature and realistic Links in the series (the others being OoT Link and Skyward Sword Link).
2) His victory sword swing (at the end of a boss or when getting a Hidden Skill) kicks a**.
3) His transformation (Wolf Link) is, in my opinion, the best in the series!
