Nabooru, because shes sexy and because the Spirit Temple is awesome. Ruto and Darunia are second and third.

Saria I always like her character at the intro. Her theme song is the best, and the Minuet of Forest is also very memorable. I'm sad she's essentially forced away from Link towards the end of the game, because she's such a kind and warm character.
