Alright, well, it depends on what sports in particular you're looking for. This part of the website I found isn't as confusing:

For example, it says that the Bronze Medal Archery match is at 17:33 London time, which is 12:33 Eastern standard time. Keep in mind that we're using "Military Time" here. Also keep in mind that this schedule is separated by day. The day of the page I linked to is July 28th. So, the Bronze Medal Archery match will take place tomorrow at 12:33 am East Coast time.
I don't think that part of the schedule is overly confusing, but if you have anymore questions, feel free to ask. Or if you want to know times for specific events, give me your time zone and I'll let you know if you can't find it yourself.
