I'd have to say... the classic bombs. Yeah, the ordinary bombs in almost all Zelda. I just like them. :bomb::bomb::bomb:

Definitely, aboslutely...

The Bomb-Arrows from TP. Projectile explosives, need I say more? You can take accurate aim at something far away and blow the heck out of it... or blow a Bulbin off a boar... very cool. And if you hold your aim too long, it will blow up in your face!

I just found the things so useful and saw so many other places in other games where I *wished* I had TP's bomb arrows.

Also, I think the Mythbusters made something like them that actually worked in real life. Dangerous as all get-out, but workable... (I believe they were testing something regarding ancient Chinese weaponry)...

Wow, there are so many.

Standard bombs are great, if not a little boring at times. I love to use them as a weapon though, and I love how they are in, I belive every Zelda except AoL. One of my favourite uses of them, ingame was the bomb shop in WW. I absolutely loved how they were like 30,000 rupees for 30. I just liked the sense of realism there. Another of those great realistic moments :).

The water bombs were really cool, but I didn't like the idea of making a whole new type of bomb for just one function. It was really cool though to suddenly discover that there were all these blow-upable rocks underwater that would give you Rupees and even a new bomb bag :D.

The Bomblings in TP were utterly useless. I honestly have never used one.

The Bombchus were useless and rubbish in OoT, they were inaccurate and you basically only ever needed them in the Bombchu bowling alley, which I'll admit, was a hell of alot of fun. However, the Bombchus in PH were brilliant! They had so many uses and they really did help alot in situations such as trying to take out the odd Phantom's Eye. Also, I really liked how there were areas in this game that you could only get to, or only activate if you had the Bombchus, and I really liked that they created a big shortcut in the Temple of the Ocean King.

The Bomb Arrows were also awesome. Blowing things up from a distance? Genius! I remember getting them and thinking it was useless. Some time after I had to escort the carridge which contained Ilia to Kakariko, and realised how useful they were against those stupid Twilight-bird-things that kept attacking. Then shortly after that, in Kakariko Village, I remember looking up and seeing those boulders, shooting them with my Bomb Arrows and getting a heart piece! Thar's when I realised how great Bomb Arrows were.

Another really cool item was the Super Bomb in ALttP. However, it had an incredibly limited use and it was very annoying that it would stop if you ran using the pegasis boots. On the other hand though, the short part that it did play, was a seriously awesome one.

My all time favourite though, would absolutely HAVE to be the remote bombs in MC. I loved how they were portrayed as legendary in Swiftblades Gossip Column, and it was such an original idea. They were also so useful for those damn rooms where you had to blow everything up at an exact time. I really really hope that the Remote Bombs make a return. REMOTE BOMBS FTW!

I am stuck between the Bombchu, Powder Keg and Bomb & Arrow Combo...

The Bombchu was fun to use, It was unique in the fact that it was the only bomb you could stand there and use, It could crawl up walls aswell. Although I am not sure how helpful a Bombchu going up the wall was it was fun. A few good mini-games and been made using the Bombchu.

The Powder Keg was just funny, A big fat Goron running sending a powder keg flying, It was certainly funny but not the most useful of items, I think there has only been 2 areas in MM that I have used one so far.

The Bomb & Arrow Combo was very useful, Being able to precisely launch a bomb for a long distance was good, I also found that to be slightly faster than running over and placing/throwing an normal bomb by a rock. It did help for taking out a group of enemies as well from a distance, Although I find it much more fun to run over and kill them.

I am going to say the Bomb & Arrow closely followed by the Bombchu, Both useful in places and fun to use :D.

The Bombchu was my favorite. It crawl up walls platforms and all, i love the way you use it. Speak about Bombchu, i like the Mini-game in OOT with the Bombchu... but hated the big fat chicked...

I love the water bomb too. Finally a bomb that explode under water and kills water enemies. The whole Lakebed Temple was epic.

Agree with DarkLink about the Bomb and Arrow, much easier to use and faster.

Bomb arrows in Twilight Princess. I loved the bow and arrow in that game from the start, but the bomb arrows were a godsend. Not only were they just the most entertaining projectile in a Zelda game thus far, but they were also very useful.

My favorite bombs are the Powder Keg and the Bomb Arrow.

I think that Nintendo made the Bomb Arrow in Twilight Princess because they wanted to remake the Bomb Arrow in Link's Awakening somehow. They did a really good job. It was funny how the bomb would blow up in Link's face after the bomb had been sitting on the arrow for too long. It was awesome being able to destroy far away objects with these bombs. Also fun destroying enemies from afar and like Shadsie said, it was fun knocking the Bulbins off the Bulbos. :xd: A good idea, I'm glad it was brought back to the series and I hope it returns again. :)

As for the Powder Keg. I loved it's amazing power. It was epic when you got to blow up the enormous boulders with these big bombs. I liked the design, and how they were so powerful only Gorons could use them. They took a little while to explode, so I took off the mask and fired arrows at the Powder Keg and watched it explode. I hope these big boys return to the Zelda series as well. They were so much fun. I'd like to see what happens when you place a Powder Keg in the middle of a room with 100 of those mini Stalfos in the Arbiter's Grounds. They'd all blow up and it'd be funny. :xd:

Both are really awesome.

I would have to say Bomb Arrows in TP or Bombchus in PH.

The Arrows in TP were just great for some serious stopping power from a distance. They were great for taking care of pesky Skultullas or Redeads that I really didn't care for dealing with up close and personal. I also found them just fun to use to deal with rocks and such. All the explosion of a bomb but with none of the waiting time of the fuse!

Bombchus in PH were just fantastic. I never found a use for these in any other Zelda title, but the draw-your-own-path system in PH was great for scouting locations or dealing with enemies from a distance. I absolutely find Bombchus in all their forms useless in other Zelda titles, but they really managed to make them quite cool in PH.
