After Link has gotten the power of the Master Sword, he goes off to the Sealed Temple to open the Gate of Time. When he arrives to the past and meets Zelda, she tells him that The old gods created a supreme power that gave everyone who possesed it the ability to grant one witsh: the [[Triforce]] . A powerful Evil Demon King named [[Demise]] wanted it for himself to qonquer over the land below. The Goddess cutted a piece from the earth and sent both the piece of the earth and the triforce Skyward so Demise couldn't take it. The piece of the earth became [[Skyloft]] . After a long battle the Goddess Hylia sealed away Demise, but after the seal it became more clear and clear that the seal won't hold against hi fearsome power. If Demise broke free, Hylia wouldn't have a chance doing it again. If he broke free, he would make an end of the world for all the beings of the land below.In order to put an end to The Demon King, Hylia devised two seperate plans and set them both in motion. First, she created [[Fi]] , The spirit that resides in the [[Goddess Sword]] to assist the chosen hero on his mission. The other plan was to abandon her Goddess form and transfer her soul into the body of a mortal. She did this sacrifice so that [[The Triforce]] could be used one day. For the supreme power of The Triforce was created by the gods, all of its power can never be wielded by one. She tells Link that she is The Goddess Hylia reborn as a mortal. Zelda says she have to stay at The Sealed Temple, so Demise won't revive properly. She tells Link that she used him to awaken his true hero and have an unbreakable spirit. Hylia knew if it was Zelda to save, Link would throw him into it and save her. To pay for her actions, she will put herself to sleep for thousands of years to enure the seal holds *sad and emotional cutsecene every Zelda cries over*. She tells him that she wil wake up when the seal is broken and when Demise is gone. | |||
