The first floor of the Wind Temple includes the deck of the Stormwind Ark. When Link and Tulin first arrive on the ship, they will appear at the first floor. The central Terminal of the dungeon can be found here on the deck. After Link and Tulin have opened the five locks throughout the dungeon, Link can access the Terminal to open the hatch. This will begin the boss battle with Colgera. Of the five locks, two of them can be found on the first floor, with the other three found on Wind Temple B1 and Wind Temple B2.

*At the norteast park of the deck, there is a closed gate with a broken lever in front of it. Grab one of the nearby Icicles and attach it with Ultrahand. Use the Icicile as a lever, causing the gate to open. Inside, use Tulin's Power of Gust to activate the Propeller. This will open one of the locks that is connected with the main terminal.

*One of the propellers can be found at the south end of the ship, behind a gate. In order to reach it, Link will need to enter the ship at the northwest side of Wind Temple B1. From there he can travel south across the gap and use Ascend near the Captain Construct. Around the corner, Link can attach a Stone Shard to the device and spin it, causing the door to open. Link can use Recall on the device to keep it spinning and keeping the door open. From here, Link can climb upt he ladder to reach the propeller.
