+The Thyphlo Ruins are a large island found at the north end of [[Hyrule]]. The island is surrounded by a swampy lake surrounding it on all sides, with just a narrow stone bridge to the west serving as the primary entrance. The ruins are filled with small columns and statues, found throughout the region.
+At the northwest part of the swamp, there are some ruins sticking out of the swampy water, one of which has a treasure chest on top of it. Use the restoration materials found to the west to create a ramp to reach the chest, which contains ten [[Brightbloom Seed]]s.

Link must first reach the top of the tower and remove the floating platform that is blocking the top of the tower. Link can reach the top of the tower by first using [[Ultrahand]] to lower some of the lower elevated floating platforms. After defeating the [[Soldier Construct]], he can use [[Rocket]]s to launch himself up to the top of the tower. After moving the floating platform above the tower, Link can return to Billson, where he can then activate the tower.
