In minish cap the mirror shield can only be obtained by killing vaati in dark hyrule castle. Also the goron sidequest must have been completed and a succesful kinstone with the goron on the far right. This will make biggoron properly appear at the summit of viel falls. Next give biggoron a small shield and he will start chewing it (ewww) after about 20 minuates of not having a shield go back to viel falls and biggoron will give the mirror shield. | |||
With the mirror shield in minish cap it will relfect things like octorock rocks back at the enemy with a cool light beam. | |||
