The chest contain Tingle's Tights is on the pirate ship behind wooden boxes, next to a camp of Stalkoblin and one Stalmoblin which Link can bypass.

Inside a Cape Cales Cliffbase Cave located a little east of Cape Cales where you will have to swim or sail on a raft. At the entrance to the cave there will be a stone wall. Just whistle with the D-pad down.

Bringing a Forest Dweller's Sword fused with Dazzlefruit is recommed.
