You can complete the quest as soon as you have acquired the [[Hookshot]] and [[Garo's Mask]]. At the end of the quest, you can meet with Kafei at [[Ikana Canyon]] where you will find [[Sakon]] the Thief at 6pm on the Final Day. After completing the mini-dungeon, Kafei will obtain the [[Sun's Mask]].
