	The magnifiying lens is the final item in the trading squence in [[~~Links~~ Awakening]]. It is obtained from a hidden chest underneath the mermaid statue, which can be moved once you use a scale given to you by a mermaid in the Bay. Its main use is to read the 'true path' through the Wind Fishes egg. It can also be used to obtain the boomerang.
