Ganon's Castle is the final dungeon of Ocarina of Time, located in the Hyrule Castle in the future, when it is in shambles.
Ganon's Castle is the final dungeon in Ocarina of Time and it is located in the Hyrule Castle in the future when it is in shambles. Link needs all Spiritual Stones in order to enter Ganon's Castle. If Link has gathered all Spiritual Stones, the Six Sages awaken and forms a multi-colored bridge leading into Ganon's Castle. Link dispels all six barriers to reach the top of the castle and ultimately encounters Ganon.

When Link heads to Hyrule Castle in the past, wielding all three Spiritual Stones, he will witness Princess Zelda riding out with Impa, and Zelda will throw the Ocarina of Time into the moat. They are closely followed by Ganondorf, who questions Link a bit. So Link heads to the Temple of Time, in which he plays the Song of Time, and picks up the Master Sword, which is his ticket to the Sacred Realm. Trouble unfolds when Ganondorf follows him in, when he wields the Triforce of Power. 7 years later, Link awakens as the true Hero of Time. He goes to the Market to find out it is in shambles, and inhabited now by ReDeads. If he goes up the path to Hyrule Castle, he will realize Ganondorf has destroyed it, and built a new Castle in its place, Ganon's Castle.

Ganon's Castle can be accessed when the Six Sages are awakened, which will form a bridge towards the entrance of the castle. To reach the top of the castle, Link must dispel the six barriers that protect it, corresponding to each of the elements of the medallions that Link obtains during the game: Light, Fire, Water, Spirit, Forest, and Shadow. Afterwards, Link must climb a staircase with enemies such as Stalfos and Iron Knuckles, in order to reach Ganondorf's room.
