Colgera: Difference between revisions

Colgera is an armored flying snake whose thick spiked carapace makes it impossible to damage it from above. The trick to eliminating him is by breaking the thinner frozen ice, protecting his vulnerable parts, which can come in two methods: By letting Colgera shake off its armored spikes and hurtle them at you, dodging and weaving, until you're close enough, or let him teleport to try and bite you from below. Either way, use Link's bullet-time to get a good few shots at the exposed icy casing beneath. Ideally, you can do this with a Fire Fruit or Bomb Flower to quickly destroy it and then follow up with a normal arrow or with a Keese Eyeball or Aerocuda Eyeball if you're not confident enough with your aiming. Normal arrows work the same way but it takes a little longer to break through the ice. Repeat the same process for the other two sections. Though you might be able to nail all three in a single pass and immediately move to the next phase.

Enraged, Colgera will warp out of reality and then return with renewed parts and then create a series of cyclones to directly damage Link. Tulin will warn you to swerve around them while battling Colgeria. Other than that, the battle remains the same; Wait until you get a chance to shoot at Colgera's vulnerable parts and shoot at them. Once all three are destroyed, Colgera will be slain and the Wind Temple will be free from its grip.
