Bokoblin: Difference between revisions

The Bokoblins featured in ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess|Twilight Princess]]'' come in two variants: the Red Bokoblins and the Purple Bokoblins. They are mostly the same, the only difference being the Red one can restain a lot more hits than the Purple one.

Purple Bokoblins are fairly common towards the beginning of the game, due to their simplistic behavious. They have long swords and will directly run at Link. The best way to defeat them is just slashing them with the [[sword]], but [[bomb]]s, [[arrow]]s and many other items will do just fine. Red Bokoblins act the same and are found in the same areas, but they also can withstand much more damage, including multiple [[Spin Attack]]s. The recommend method of attack is to knock them down with a larger strike, [[Jump Attack]], Spin Attack, or [[Hidden Skills#Back Slice|Back Slice]], and then using the [[Hidden Skills#Ending Blow|Ending Blow]] to finish them off. When in groups, the [[Hidden Skills#Jump Strike|Jump Strike]] will kill them in one hit, and is thus the most useful way to attack a group.
