The High-Dive Practice Spot is a location in Ocarina of Time found in Zora's Domain.
The Diving Game is a Mini-Game in Ocarina of Time.

When Link is a child, he can go to King Zora's Chamber and to the path on the left side to find a Zora who runs a diving game for 20 Rupees. Link has to pick up the Rupees in under the water within a limited amount of time. When Link has completed the diving game, Link will have to walk up to the Zora again to acquire the Silver Scale. Link can play the diving game again, but this time he will not acquire anything but Rupees that he obtains in the water.
The Diving Game is found at the left side of King Zora's Chamber above the waterfall in Zora's Domain. The Zora who runs the Diving Game lets Link participate for 20 Rupees. Link needs to pick up all the Rupees within the time limit. If Link has succeeded in picking up all the Rupees, he needs to walk up to the Zora to receive the Silver Scale. Link can play the Diving Game again, but all he receives is the Rupees he picks up at the bottom of the water.
